What types of land turtles stay small?

I want a cheap land turtle that does not get that big. I would rather not have an aquatic turtle because of all the work they take (i know that sounds lazy). i would like a land turtle that i can have and just put a dish of water in his/her cage. i am not sure if there is any kind of turtle that reaches my standards. thanks for the help:)

i seen a video on mtv video channel. it with a white guy and a black guy but the videos centered around the white guy. he is walkin down the street either following his girlfriend or bein chased and whn the chorus comes on it shows him and he black guy play the keyboard outside or somthing anybody got any ideas of what song or group this is
