Should I tell my ex I am moving away!?

weve been on and off for 4 years. I am 22 and he is 39. he strung me along for the whole time! then i got fed up and moved on to another guy. he got pissed and realized what he had in me. so he completely changed and wanted to marry me and all these other crazy attempts to get me back, and i never gave in! Finally my bf and i had troubles and he moved out and asked for a "break". so i gave sean (my ex) a chance and i slowly started to let my guard down. he was so good to me, compared to the old ways. he was loving, attentive always took me to nice places and did fun things and spent the night with me. But like a snap of a finger he went cold again like the old sean. he is quiet when i see him, distant, and not very affectionate and hes blowing me off again. so now its time for me to have a fresh start. i decided to move to Ft Worth TX. First i am flying there on monday for a week to get things set up. then in another week after that I am driving there alone. He knows nothing about any of this, but i have to go! I just cant take his games anymore. I am smart and loving and kind and i think maybe attractive so i dont deserve this crap from anyone. do you think i should tell him im going, what do i do people? i want him to be upset and shocked! or whats a good way to go about this.... thanks a lot!!
