Yes you should test again this evening. It is actually recommended to test 2 times a day to be sure that you do not miss your surge. Though most women will test 1 time a day I think in your case it is best to follow the 2 times a day thing. You body could be different because of the pcos and you never know your body might pick up the surge later them some not likely but you want to be sure not to take any chances because you rarely ovulate, if you do you definitely don't want to miss it you may not get another chance for awhile. Also with the different feeling you never know sometimes our bodies just do stuff differently. I know that ovulation and periods are two different things but just want to use an example. I usually have horrible periods the pain is so bad i vomit, I always know when my period is gonna start cause the pain hurts so bad I cant walk, but one time I remember sitting on my bed reading to my daughter and the next thing I know im all bloody down there, i knew it was my period but this time for the first time ever I had no pain I could not figure it out. Then the next month it went back to the same horrible pain again. I just could not believe it with how bad my periods are and they have always been that way why did that happen.
