When can I give my puppies the 8 way shot?

We have been feeding the puppies milk replacement since they were 2 and a half weeks old because their mother was not producing enough milk. She still feeds them some but not really. They are almost 5 weeks and they eat soaked puppy food with a little hard food mixed in and drank water on their own also. The mother was very good and caring towards the beginning but now is becoming violent towards the puppies and we really need to take them out. I know the puppies get immunity from their mothers. But when we take her out we want to give them the shots right away so they will not get sick.
