Why did the delegates at the climate change summit vote to ban water?

A rose by any other name would smell as sweet. Water is water regardless of the name used. You can only be deceived if you let yourself be deceived. So either these people are ignorant or gullible, either way you look at it these people obviously can't think for themselves, perfect candidates for followers. It is telling that those who believe AGW is a problem find that those who sign a petition to ban water as victims of deception; while those who are who believe AGW is an over-exaggerated fantasy believe someone who signs a petition to ban something they don't understand are ignorant.
