My parents dont let me have friends. Basically, i make friends but outside of school im not allowed to?

go over their houses, the other day my friend invited me to go sledding but i had to make up an excuse bc my parents "dont know her family" im 15..and ive only been to 2 sleepovers in my life. my parents say that even to go over someones house i need to have invited their family over so my parents canbecome friends with their parents! its so ridiculous. ive tried talking to them but they just yell at me and dont listen. they just want me to study and help around the house. my dad tell me that my books should be my best friends .thats why i dont have any best friends. i feel soooo misrable. i never get out of the house to do fun things with friends and my parents always force me to spend time with them. i end up losing all my friends because i can never do stuff with them so they just stop asking me to hang out since i never can.
