My son does not want to sit in his bouncer after feedings, help!!?

My son is 3 months old, and is discovering his toys, rolling over very well both ways, and trying to sit up. He just wants to be very active and on the go it seems. well anyways he has a problem with spitting up alot so after I feed him his bottle I try to set him in hos bouncer with a few toys and in front of tv cuz he likes to watch it. I try leaving him there for atleast 20 mins and try to get stuff done. he keeps swirming in his chair and dosent wanna sit there is there anything ielse i can try to get him to sit there. he wont even wanna sit there if I try playing with him and that. he does good for a few minutes but dosent last long.
