Should I get my freind a gift for her birthday?

Im 20 she is going to be 52. We use to be fwb but now she doesn't want to do me favors and more. She always says she is busy. Yeah im sure. And she was supost be make me a fondue dinner that never happen. My birthday was april 28. And It is June 18. I get her perfume all the time. But Im to the point where. I dont give a ****. She dont want to do favors for me. ual ones Im not going to do favors for her. I do have respect. Am I a real bad guy ? Oh and when she started her job I got her a gift and a card.
