Jehovah's Witnesses ONLY please?

I have a few questions. I am an unbaptized publisher. My sister has been disfellowshipped for 10 years and is now wanting to come back. I try to only talk to her if there is some sort of family emergency going on. I have had a rough time getting to meetings lately, and so has she. Would it be appropriate to talk to her once a month or so to kinda motivate each other to get to all the meetings? Approx how long does it take to get reinstated if you really get in gear and go to every meeting etc? Can she study with the elders and then start going to meetings? Neither one of us has any friends, all we have ever had is each other...
