All terrain stroller?

I'm looking for all terrain stroller or some kind of stroller that will do ok on gravels, sidewalks, malls, etc. There's no trails around our home so, no need to use strollers on trails. I dont like Jeep strollers, I had one before and bad experiences with that. Is there a stroller for me that's affordable? Is Graco Metrolite the best choice for me? It's for my 15 months old daughter. I also like Maclaren but not sure if they're good for lightly gravel and sidewalks?
