Message To all 49er fans/ NFL fans?

I'll Explain it for 49er fans. 75% of you're problems are coaching. The reason for this disatrous season(4-8) in the weak NFC West, stems to coaching. Teams can predict EVERY single play the 49ers run, hell i can predict every play they run. Mike Singletary is a motivator, not a teacher, not an "X-O" guy, and he constantly gets coached week in and week out. Why do you think the 49ers start off decent in the first half, then tank it in the 2nd half. Teams adjust, and the 49ers don't adjust enough. the other 25% is lack of leadershit(also coaching) and quarterback issues. Not to mention "coordinator of the month". Troy Smith is not the answer. Alex Smith is not the answer.David Carr is not the answer. 49ers need to finally accept the fact that Alex Smith is not the quarterback they thought they drafted in '05. Troy Smith started off decent, and though he obtains qualities of a decent quarter, he alludes tacklers, ect; he'll never be good enough to match the talent SF has with Walker, Davis, Morgan, Crabtree, and Gore. Good News for the 49er fans though, they have ALOT of pieces to compete for a title. My amateur advice? Get an expierced PROVEN WINNER as you're headcoach, and it pains me to say it, but revamp you're OC. and some position coaches. Wade Phillips, Bill Cowher, Lane Kiffin, John Gruden, Brian Billick, Dom Capers, Jim Harbaugh, Brad Childress, theirs ALOT options out their and you have to be sure to pick the right one so you can start winning immediatly, in the weak NFC. QB, Jake Locker, he's a rookie, but you need something new, look in the free agency, Jeff Garcia, i know, he's a mummy, but I GUARANTEE, they would have been in the playoffs with Garcia at the helm. Also Kyle Orton a FA this season , Chad Pennington, Billy Volek, Senaca Wallace, all FA's. This is uming their will be no lockout. So 49er fans, their is hope, Management however has to realize these issues,. Across the Bay , we're goin to the playoffs ! Go Raiders yeee ! ha .Do you agree?
