Any advice on finding a job?

Here is my problem. I recently graduated with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. I have had no luck finding a job. The worthwhile jobs all want experience and the few that don't require experience come with ridiculously low pay. I am living with my dad and I have some money now but unless I get a job soon, that money is going to run out. I also have to keep my dog in her kennel nearly all the time because my stepmom is allergic. I have been putting out resumes nonstop but everyone is dragging their heels. I cant wait much longer. Any suggestions?
