Im 5'8, 195 lbs, 23 yrs old. I used to eat teriible fatty foods and wahtnot, and recently (last week or 2), I started eating 2 meals a day (eggs, tuna, pork, cereal, chicken, etc..) and a nightly snack. I cut out pop, fast food, and all junk food. I lift weights 3 days a week for about 30 mins, and bike every weekend for an hour or 2. Will this help lose weight?
