Can u get pregnant if u have an ovarian cyst?

i found out 3mths ago that i have 3cysts on my left ovary. i started taking bc(low dose) but stopped taking them midway thru the 3rd month pack..(i missed taking the pill a few times while i was on it also)...that was 2weeks ago and since then i have had no spotting or periods, but have had sore the past 3 days. pregnant?? any advice??? thanks!!
