Coworker lectures and patronizes like she's my mother!!!!?

She is, granted, older and more experienced, but she is extremely condescending and rude. I'm sick of it. My boss KNOWS about this, but won't/can't do anything about it. Ugh!!! She will come into my office and just stand there and lecture for 15 minutes on end and it is making me crazy. How to deal?
