i am going to dairy queen later tonight. i only have the nutrition facts sheet from 2007, so i am not completely positive about my choice. right now i am planning on getting a small vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles. the nutrition chart says that a small vanilla cone is 240 calories. should i opt for a kiddie cone? or should i splurge? and should i get sprinkles or should i p? i just want to be healthy but not gain weight! thanks
