On The Question Of Reparations Who Should Be Paying Who?

African chiefs sold their people into slavery and they were brought to America by white slave traders. Did this save them from generations in a 4th world continent that still suffers today from disease, constant famine and civil wars? Maybe reverse reparations are in order.
