pain and growing after hysterectomy?

Its been about a year since my mother had a full hysterectomy. She is still having pain and her even went up a cupsize. She was having hot flashes but the doctor prescribed some meds and she is doing fine. The only thing wrong now is that her keep growing. She has been on hormone pill and birth control. It still hasn't worked. What can she do to stop the pain and to stop her from growing?
