PLZ HELP! ALLERGIC REACTION?

okk i ate some gum, and then 5 minuets later only right hand only, the fingers are swollen, and huge! i feel like a dinosaur, and im gonna sleep over my friends house and i dont want her think theses something wrong with me !! plz help the sids look like they have extra bones! this happend before but it was random. plz help me!!
