Should i move to Networking Side?

You will definitely benefit from moving to networking. I strongly recommend, however, that you do not totally turn away from MS products. You should still have an understanding of MS server technologies because they do have a strong tie to network infrastructure and it will make you a much more valuable employee. The downside to working on the networking side is that in order to make a higher salary (approximately $100,000 or more), you will basically have to be on-call 24-7. Are you willing to give up that much of your personal life? Once you become a manager in this area, you won't have to work such long hours, but the first 3 years or so will be brutal.
