Could use some feedback/critique for story characters?

Your characters are fine. Whether it works in your story depends on the plot. The most "boring" character can be fascinating in the right cirstances. When your story reveals interesting aspects of average characters, or you see a character pitted against his own weaknesses or strengths, this is what makes characters fascinating or dull.
